Nothing is built until the scope, architecture, timeline and price are written down and signed. Change requests are welcome — they are quoted, not absorbed silently.

One weekly call, one shared board

A standing call each week and a project board you can open any day. You never have to ask for a status update, because it is always visible.

Payment tied to milestones

You pay against delivered milestones, not calendar months. If a stage slips, the invoice waits with it — the risk sits with us, where it belongs.
